Terms and Conditions of Use nday11

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and nday11 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any part of the nday11 platform — whether via the website nday11.org or the official mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by all provisions contained in this document.

These Terms should be read together with the nday11 Privacy Policy and any game- or promotion-specific rules issued from time to time. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion rules, the promotion rules shall apply to that matter only, while these general Terms shall continue to apply to all other matters.

Nday11 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of material changes via in-platform notifications or the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and use the nday11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• Registering in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming programme.
• Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process.
• Never having held a nday11 account that was previously closed or suspended due to a Terms violation.
• Agree to undergo an identity verification process (KYC) when requested by nday11.

The nday11 registration process requires you to provide your full name, active mobile number, and valid Malaysian bank account details. All information provided will be verified before any withdrawal is approved. nday11 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration without providing a reason.

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. nday11 permits only one registered account per individual, and one account per household, device, or IP address. If you discover that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

Your key responsibilities as a nday11 member include:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential at all times.
• Ensure that the personal information in your account profile remains accurate and up to date.
• Not allowing any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Notify nday11 if you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization.
• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, not for commercial or professional purposes.

Nday11 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a member's own negligence in maintaining the security of their account, including but not limited to use of public devices, sharing passwords, or failing to log out from shared devices.

Nday11 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and others), as well as eWallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through fully encrypted, secure payment gateways.

The terms relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request and will be processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method.
• All withdrawals must be made to the bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the nday11 account holder.
• nday11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of MyKad or passport) before approving withdrawal requests that exceed a certain limit.
• Deposited funds must be used for betting at least once before a withdrawal is permitted, in order to prevent misuse of the payment system.

Nday11 does not charge any processing fees for most withdrawal methods. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. Withdrawal processing times may also be affected by the operating hours of the relevant bank.

Nday11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific Terms and Conditions stated alongside the promotional offer. The following general terms apply to all nday11 bonus types:

• Every bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once by each new member upon registration.
• nday11 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.

• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Use of automation software (bots), betting syndicates, or any method deemed by nday11 as system abuse will result in cancellation of all related bonuses, account freezing, and forfeiture of balances obtained through such methods. nday11 employs advanced detection systems to identify abnormal or suspicious betting patterns.

Nday11 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following activities are therefore strictly prohibited on the nday11 platform:

• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other members or dealers in Live Casino games to manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering more than one account or using a false identity or another person's information during registration.
• Attempting to exploit any technical errors, software glitches, or vulnerabilities within the gaming system.
• Using the nday11 platform for any money laundering activities or unlawful financial transactions.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing customer support staff or other members on the platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials or allowing others to access your account.

Nday11 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited activity. During an investigation, nday11 may temporarily suspend the account involved and place a hold on any pending withdrawal requests. nday11's decision in such matters is final.

Nday11 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Self-closure request by the member for responsible gaming reasons.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the nday11 customer support team. Prior to closure, any active balance in the account (after deducting bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the registered bank account, subject to standard verification procedures.

Nday11 provides its gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. While we strive to maintain platform uptime above 99.9%, occasional disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, nday11 is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet disruptions, or user device malfunctions.
• Game outcomes affected by internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.

Nday11 will make every effort to resolve any technical issues affecting the gaming experience as quickly as possible. In cases where a game is interrupted due to a technical problem on nday11's end, we will assess each case individually and provide a fair resolution to the affected member.

Nday11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on nday11.org, unless stated otherwise. For material amendments, nday11 will notify members via in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed entirely by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the nday11 platform will first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate court jurisdiction in Malaysia.

By continuing to use the nday11 platform after any amendments to these Terms are published, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the latest version of the Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest changes.
